Health Care Reform
A First Look for Employer-Sponsored Health Plans
Available immediately
Far-reaching health care reform legislation has been enacted, changing the ground rules for employer-sponsored health plans. While many of the provisions will not apply until 2014 or later, some become effective as early as 2010 and 2011. Join us for this 90-minute web seminar, as we take a first look at this historic legislation and how it will affect employer-sponsored health plans in 2010 and beyond.
Please note: This is an overview session intended to provide the big picture. EBIA plans to present additional seminars later this year with in-depth coverage of specific new requirements. The recorded version of this web seminar, therefore, does not reflect health care reform developments occurring after the April 8, 2010 presentation date. To keep up with developments as they occur, subscribe to the EBIA Weekly, our free weekly newsletter, here.
Originally presented on April 8, 2010.
