Form 5500 for Health and Welfare Plans
Are You Ready for Mandatory Electronic Filing?
Available immediately
Form 5500 filings are subject to some of the toughest penalties in benefits law. A new electronic filing system will be required for 2009 plan year filings (for most plans, due July 2010), so plan sponsors, service providers and advisors must be ready to follow new procedures soon. In this 90-minute web seminar, our experts will walk you through the new Form 5500, highlighting the requirements for health and welfare plans and cutting through inapplicable pension/retirement rules.
Recorded on February 2, 2010.
