Leaves of Absence and Employee Benefits
Legal Rules, Compliance Traps, and Plan Design Considerations
Available immediately
Employee leaves of absence can take many forms, but whether legally required (like FMLA leaves) or a matter of employer policy, leaves of absence create special challenges for benefits compliance. In this 90-minute web seminar, our experts will focus exclusively on the benefits implications of leave of absence programs, helping plan sponsors, service providers, and advisors sort out the benefits rights granted by various laws as well as the other compliance implications of leave programs.
Originally presented on February 25, 2010.
