Form 5500 for Health and Welfare Plans

A Guided Tour for Employers, Form 5500 Preparers, and Advisors

Live on Thursday, May 15, 2008

1:00-2:30 p.m. ET (12:00 p.m. CT; 11:00 a.m. MT; 10:00 a.m. PT)

Form 5500 is an annual filing requirement that exposes ERISA plan sponsors to significant statutory penalties. Check your compliance status by joining our experts for this 90-minute web seminar. We will walk you through the 2007 version of the Form, highlight the requirements for health & welfare plans, cut through inapplicable pension/retirement rules, and provide practical guidance on how to prepare and file health & welfare Form 5500s.

For one registration fee ($235), you and your co-workers can gather in one room to attend the seminar together via a single web and telephone connection.*

We're sorry, but registration is closed for this session.
