Customer Comments

Customers love our seminars! Here are some comments from 2011:

The EBIA Seminars are the very best compliance seminars anywhere. You certainly get your money’s worth. [The speaker] is very knowledgeable and passionate about her topics. Thank you!

Excellent & engaging speaker! Truly astute & knowledgeable on not only regulations, but on all of the political, social & economical forces. Speaker has the ability to make topics, that otherwise can be at times mundane, very interesting, relevant & relatable. Also enjoyed the practical (vs. theoretical) approach to the topics!

I thought it was extremely informative. Presenter put the information in very understandable, applicable terms. He gave examples, took time to answer questions and made the topic interesting & usable.

Great summary and information – energized discussion with good examples. It’s interesting how one “little” section of the law can be so complicated. Instructor made it easy!

Who Should Attend?

Continuing Education

Attorneys, Accountants, and Insurance Professionals

In most cases, EBIA applies for approval of continuing education credit for insurance professionals and attorneys with appropriate agencies in the states where our programs are held. Call us for details about CE or CLE credit availability in your state. Note that some state agencies limit credit if you previously attended the same seminar, some agencies do not preapprove individual courses, and credit is not available in all states.

EBIA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.

For information regarding CPE for accountants, please vist our NASBA page.

Human Resource Professionals

EBIA seminars have been approved for (General) recertification credit toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). This is not an endorsement by HRCI of the quality of our programs. It means that the programs have met HRCI’s criteria to be pre-approved for recertification.
