Attorneys
EBIA has been approved by the California, Missouri and Washington Bar Associations as a provider of CLE (Continuing Legal Education) activities for both our live and recorded web seminars. In most cases, other Bar Associations allow attorneys to apply on an individual basis for CLE course approvals.
Insurance Professionals
EBIA does not have CE pre-approvals in place for insurance professionals for web seminars but contact your state’s Department of Insurance for information about the possibility of applying on an individual basis for CE course approvals.
Human Resource Professionals
EBIA’s live and recorded web seminars have been approved for (General) recertification credit toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). This is not an endorsement by HRCI of the quality of our programs. It means that the programs have met HRCI’s criteria to be pre-approved for recertification. Accountants (NASBA)
Although EBIA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education, our web seminars do not currently provide Group Internet-based CPE credit.
General Information About Credits
EBIA’s web seminars contain 90 minutes of instruction. If your organization uses a 50-minute credit hour, you could possibly earn a maximum of 1.8 CE credits (depending on rounding). If your organization uses a 60-minute credit hour, you could possibly earn a maximum of 1.5 CE credits.
