Virginia L. Briggs (since 2006). Ms. Briggs is a Senior Editor at Thomson Reuters/EBIA. Ms. Briggs is an employee benefits attorney who advised employers on ERISA and tax compliance matters for health and welfare plans for ten years before joining Thomson Reuters/EBIA. Ms. Briggs received her LL.M. in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1993 and her J.D. degree from Cornell Law School in 1986.

Charles H. Thulin (since 1990). Mr. Thulin is a shareholder of Ekman, Bohrer & Thulin, P.S., Seattle, a law firm concentrating on employee benefits law. Mr. Thulin is a member of the COBRA and Welfare Plans Subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation and is a frequent speaker at EBIA and other continuing education seminars. Mr. Thulin received his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1977, where he was an editor of the Industrial Relations Law Journal. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/White 2008).
Leslie J. Anderson (since 2000). Ms. Anderson is a partner in, and co-chair of, the Employee Benefits Practice Group of Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Minneapolis. She also serves on the Employee Benefits Advisory Council for the Minnesota Bar Association. Ms. Anderson received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, in 1983, where she was Editor-in-Chief (1982-1983) of The Michigan Yearbook of International Legal Studies. She is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/White 2008).
