Web Seminar Search Help

Welcome to the EBIA web seminar search help page! Below are answers to the most frequently-asked questions about our search engine.

EBIA Web Seminar Search FAQs

What is included in a web seminar search?

Our web seminar search engine searches the entire active library of live and recorded web seminars. The library includes all web seminars currently available for sale to customers. It does not include past web seminars that are no longer for sale.

Can I search using a partial word?

Yes. For example, the term “account” will pick up web seminars with the word “account,” “accounts,” and “accountant.”

Is the search feature case sensitive?

No. For example, the terms ‘COBRA’ and ‘cobra’ yield the same search results.

Can I search for web seminars that contain two or more words?

Yes. If you enter two or more words, the search engine will return web seminars that contain both words (in any order). For example, the terms “COBRA” and “subsidy” will return web seminars with descriptions that contain both of those words. The results will not be limited to web seminars that contain the phrase “COBRA subsidy.”

Can I search for web seminars that contain an exact phrase of two or more words?

If you enter a phrase containing two or more words within quotes, the search engine will return web seminars that contain that exact phrase in their descriptions. For example, the phrase “COBRA subsidy” will return web seminars with descriptions that contain the exact phrase “COBRA subsidy” but not web seminars that contain the words “COBRA” and “subsidy” in separate sentences or in a different order.
