Help Locating Items in Our Manuals. We can help you locate items in our manuals. If one of our manuals discusses the topic that you are interested in, we’ll tell you where. Please email your request to infodesk@ebia.com. The following information must be included:

1. the title of the manual
2. the topic you are looking for
3. the date at the bottom of the cover page (e.g., December 2010)

Please allow several days for a reply. A response may take longer if the editor is out of the office or is unavailable due to publishing deadlines.

Help Explaining Text in Our Manuals. If you need us to explain our reasoning behind a particular passage in a manual, we can help. Please email your request to infodesk@ebia.com. The following information must be included:

1. the title of the manual
2. the page number and the specific sentence, paragraph, or example you need help with
3. the date at the bottom of the cover page (e.g., December 2010)
