Virginia L. Briggs (since June 2004). Ms. Briggs is a Senior Editor at EBIA. Ms. Briggs is an employee benefits attorney who advised employers on ERISA and tax compliance matters for health and welfare plans for ten years before joining EBIA. Ms. Briggs received her LI.M. in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1993 and her J.D. degree from Cornell Law School in 1986.
